The World Comes to Bra
Every two years, the medieval town of Bra in northern Italy transforms into the global capital of artisan cheese. CHEESE 2025, organized by Slow Food, will welcome over 300,000 visitors from September 19-22.
What Makes CHEESE Special
This isn't just a trade show — it's a celebration of cheese culture. The streets fill with producers from six continents, each sharing their traditions, techniques, and treasures. Tastings happen continuously, with expert-led sessions diving deep into specific cheeses or regions.
Maison Mons at CHEESE 2025
We're proud to return as participants, presenting our aged selections and sharing French affinage traditions. Our stand will feature:
- Guided tastings of aged Comte (12, 24, and 36 months)
- Demonstrations of traditional cave-aging techniques
- Meet-the-maker sessions with our master affineurs
Beyond Cheese
CHEESE also celebrates the foods that accompany cheese — natural wines, artisan breads, honey, and preserves. The Slow Food philosophy of connecting producers and consumers shines throughout.
If you're passionate about real food, mark your calendar. We hope to see you in Bra!
