Join us Thursday, October 14th at 7 PM for an exclusive autumn cheese tasting. We'll explore how seasonal changes influence cheese character and discover perfect food and wine pairings for fall.
The Tasting Menu
Course 1: Fresh goat cheeses with honey and walnuts, paired with a crisp Chablis
Course 2: Washed-rind selections showcasing autumn's earthy notes, with beer from a local brasserie
Course 3: Aged Comté (6, 18, and 30 months) demonstrating flavor evolution, paired with an aged Burgundy
Course 4: Blue cheeses with quince paste and port

Laurent Mons, our master affineur and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will guide you through each selection, sharing stories of the producers and insights into affinage.
