The Experience
Guided tours lead you 100 meters underground where thousands of cheeses rest in perfect conditions. The tunnel's natural stone walls maintain constant temperature and humidity year-round — conditions that took centuries to create.
You'll see wheels of Comté, rounds of Morbier, and countless other cheeses at various stages of aging. Our guides explain the transformation happening in each section, from young cheeses just beginning their journey to aged selections approaching perfection.
Tasting Sessions
Each tour concludes with a guided tasting featuring cheeses at different ages. Taste the same cheese at 6, 12, and 24 months to understand how time transforms flavor and texture.
